We love to BBQ but our biggest love is smoking meats ahead and freezing for later. My hubby built a smoker which can smoke 12 to 14 turkeys. We have put on BBQ's for our neighborhood without much cost to us. We like to donate foods we smoked or cooked to a center for the less fortunate.
