As we all know that bullying is on the rise within schools, which has now extended by "cyber" bullying. I have put this together to help those who are subjected to this venemous & toxic ridicule & for their parents who are also suffering, & feel helpless for their innocent & beautiful child. Especially, when the education board is tied to "red tape" & parents feel unheard. This is to Gain back power in a dignified way & in a "non criminal way"
