Both my grandmother, Artie R. Jones, and my godfather, Doc "Da Da" Shepherd, were domestics. They prepared and served thousands of their originally, hand-made dishes. Now, I am passionate about using what they taught me about food, life and service to all mankind in every one of my endeavors.
